Job Responsibilities
Performs face-to-face sales and customer service at a retail store.  A cell phone sales professional usually reports to a store manger.
  •      Sales and customer support
  •       Meet sales quotas
  •       Troubleshoot products
  •        Instruct customers on their proper use.
  •       Open and close the store as needed.
  •       Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
  •       Strong attention to detail
  •       Excellent interpersonal skills
  •       Be able to perform multiple tasks at once
  •       Work nights, weekends and holidays.
Educational Requirements
Though a college degree is not required to obtain a job as a cell phone sales associate, the successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, he needs to pass a criminal background assessment, and drug screening to obtain employment in this role..
